Creation of the 1st yearly National Observatory of group tourism and groundhandlers
MAP Pro – Le Monde à Paris, in partnership with the FNTV (French Federation of travellers transportation), Tour Hebdo and Bus&Car are working together and launches the 1st Yearly National Observatory of group tourism and groundhandlers
A national study on this sector is missing since many years, while its economic value is estimated at 3 billion € per year.
This 1st yearly National Observatory of group tourism and groundhandlers will be carried out by an independent company.
The final objective will be to identify:
- The weight and trends of the market
- The regions and keys destinations
- The consumers’ type and their wishes
The 1st results of this study will be revealed on the 1st day of the workshop (2009 October 8th)
